der gasthof zum bären, ein seit über hundert jahren liebevoll geführtes familienunternehmen in der historischen altstadt von marbach am neckar , geht in die nächste generation und erhält einen frischen wind. durch den umbau einer angrenzenden scheune und den anbau eines weiteren gebäudes, entsteht ein hotel mit 16 neuen hotelzimmern, einer großzügigen tagesbar im lobbybereich sowie einem seminarraum.

mit sensiblen eingriffen in die denkmalgeschützte scheune und der sich in die altstadt eingliedernde neubau entsteht ein neuer treffpunkt in der stadt marbach und sowohl sportlich aktive, ruhe suchende als auch geschäftlich reisende gäste finden hier einen außergewöhnlichen, historischen und geschichtsträchtigen ort.

the gasthof zum bären, a lovingly run, family-owned inn located in the old town of marbach am neckar for more than a century, has been handed down to the next generation, who are imbuing it with new life. with the restoration of the adjacent barn and the construction of a new building, the hotel will now have 16 additional rooms, a large day bar in the lobby, as well as a seminar room. 

the thoughtful interventions in the in landmarked barn and the new structure, which is gracefully embedded in the histrionic center, will create a new gathering site in the city of marbach that accommodates guests seeking retreat or athletic possibilities, as well as business travelers who value extraordinary and historic locations.
